Our son was referred for Early intervention at 12 months, with concerns of speech, feeding , and fine motor delays. Front office was able to get us scheduled right away to begin services. Joanna (OT) and Lauren (speech) were amazing therapists to have on his team. By the time he was 2 and started school his teachers were surprised to hear that he had received therapy. At his first parent teacher conference we were so pleased to hear and see all his progress. His teachers note he loves puzzles, coloring, eating all the snacks, & chatting with all his peers. Thank you Lauren and Joanna for all your help.

Natalie has been seeing my son since he was about 8 months old he is 22 months old and there has been such amazing progress she always is so sweet and gentle with him but pushes him to do his best. Natalie also makes sure I am knowledgeable on everything that is happening and we'll equipped to help him at home I couldn't have asked for a better physical therapist for him.

Amanda was awesome and an amazing resource for our daughter. She went above and beyond to provide the best care and attention during the care we received from her over a 3 month period. The facility is clean, comfortable and ample toys and entertainment for the kids. Would recommend 100% to other families.

I am so grateful we found CPTWC! We've been working with Alex M to treat our baby's torticollis. Alex is patient, professional and extremely passionate about physical therapy. We felt so supported by Alex and her detailed plans during each session. She helped us confidently practice stretches and exercises at home and continued to celebrate our baby's developmental milestone every week. I cannot recommend Alex and CPTWC enough!

We have been going here for the past year for our daughter! I can’t rave enough!!!!! Amazing therapist, receptionist staff is always helpful and the finance team is on it! Our therapist Natalie has been a very important and intricate part of our child’s mobility. Her expertise, passion, dedication to our family and all the children of the practice is commendable! Thank you Natalie, we would be lost with out you!!!!

The facility is very nice, and Rose is even nicer! She is a family friend of ours who has provided excellent physical therapy for my 1 year old son Austin who was in the hospital for 6 months waiting for his heart transplant. She is very knowledgeable on what kids go through when they have long hospital stays, and encouraged us to understand that his progress is great and that we are doing a great job with him! She has a way with him and he is truly excelling with her as a great guide and teacher. There is lots of great equipment available at the facility. Rose brought out a really neat flat tire swing type thing that helped Austin balance with sitting and strengthening his core. I would definitely recommend this place. It is very professional and Rose is a wonderful physical therapist.

Rose and Patrick’s clinic has changed our twins lives. They entered the program 1 year ago and both were not communicating and one was recently diagnosed with autism. The positive changes they have made since being enrolled are truly phenomenal. They have taught our child autism how to communicate non-verbally so that she is less frustrated and she is making eye contact regularly now and showing us her gifts in ways we never imagined. They helped our other child develop her verbal skills and now she is communicating above and beyond her milestones. They run to the door to go into school. They are so happy afterwards and tell us about the things they are learning. This program changed their lives and continues to change our lives too. The staff is so talented and takes every chance they get to push the girls forward. I would recommend this program to any parent with children that are behind in any milestone. They even take time weekly to help us grow as parents. I would give 10 stars to this school! Thank you so much for supporting us over the last year and into the next year of the program!

We started here back in the spring with Ms. Danya. As a health care professional, I was nervous about the process but Danya was just amazing (probably an understatement 😉) Quickly it became evident he needed casting for his diagnosis and Ms. Rose was informative, empathetic and accommodating throughout this process. We also had the pleasure of seeing OT, Ms. Kirsten who helped our son leaps and bounds with sensory, managing emotions and fine motor skills. Lately, we have been able to see Ms. Natalie for PT who seamlessly stepped in when Danya had to leave for a bit! Through the logistics of this process, of course we have had questions and concerns; and ANY time I have had questions - whether it be billing or the goals/purpose of exercises or even the amount of time for each session - the therapist made me feel comfortable about asking and finding a solution. We travel 25-35 minutes to go to THIS therapy center and couldn't be happier about our decision to make this commitment. It truly is a team approach which is a must when it comes to our child!

The absolute best place to bring your child for any form of therapy. Our daughter went here for over two years for speech, physical and occupational therapy. They helped us through her diagnosis of Williams Syndrome and provided the tools we needed to excel her abilities. Every therapist she had was patient, kind and knowledgable. We will miss this clinic very much!

Did our therapy with Amanda and Christi and had a great experience. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

My son has been seeing Natalie Kahn for about a year, we just absolutely love her. She is patient, kind, smart and dedicated to her skill and these kids. I can not recommend her enough to whomever will listen! My son adores her and has made amazing progress with his issues…so much so that we have recently gotten the clear to no longer need PT. Although we will miss seeing her every week, it’s because of her hard work and care that my son is thriving, and that I am so grateful for. It takes a village and I am so glad we have/had the pleasure of having Natalie in ours.

We have been working with Natalie K. now for about 7 months. She is the absolute best PT I could have asked for!!! I was so worried when my son wasn’t crawling yet at 10 months old and she had him moving in no time! Same thing with his walking. He also absolutely adores her. She is so good with babies and toddlers! I look forward to going to our weekly session because I know how productive it will be every time and I walk out of our sessions in such a good mood. I can’t recommend a center or therapist more!!

We are absolutely thankful to Chicago Pediatric for getting our little champion's speech on track. Miss Melissa is amazing, our son loves her! They really know what they are doing and do it in a fun way for the kids. I was worried it would be a struggle to get our son to go but instead he was always so excited and so that was not an issue. We did have to wait a while to get a spot but it was worth the wait!

We are blessed we found this center for our son to recieve ABA,speech and ocupational therapy. There are many places that gives ABA for kids under the Autism spectrum, but not all are professional ,unfortunately. This is a place were they truly care. Starting from the owner, the front desk, all staff showing so much care about our family. The therapist are amazing! The BCBA is so professional and she is really on top of everything to help our son and overall our family in all aspects, school, home, etc. We have parenting training and we are always informed about programs and everything that is regarding methods and follow ups. My son has been around 7 months and he has progress in many areas. Plus they have a really nice clinic with social group that has helped a lot to my son. The gym is so nice and my son loves it. I can't say enough GREAT things about this center. UPDATE: Still being AWESOME in everything, thanks for keep caring of all kids .

CPTWC has been an absolute haven for both my boys. The front office is always so welcoming & helpful with my 100 questions, especially Ms. Cory! Our 4mo old baby required Physical Therapy due to Torticollis, and Ms. Amanda has been such a joy to work with. My son fell in love from day one, and she was able to help him achieve his goals, throughout his Doc Band journey. Our 2.5yr old toddler was referred here by his pediatrician for Occupational Therapy, and Ms. Kirsten has been the most positive influence! He absolutely adores her, and has made such incredible progress. He has since started seeing Ms. Erin for Speech Therapy, which has also been such a positive and fun experience for him! Now we begin his ABA journey with Ms. Natalia and we already know he is in SUCH good hands with his whole caring team. We are SO grateful to have found this wellness center, and would be lost without everyone there. Highly recommend for all the children in your life!

My son is seen for physical (Melissa) and occupational (Shannon) therapy and we have seen great progress in both areas. He loves working with Shannon and Melissa! I appreciated how flexible both his therapists were in switching between virtual and in-person during COVID. Veronica in the billing department was so helpful in sorting out issues with our insurance company, thank you! Highly recommend CPTWC!

All of the therapists at CPTWC and CTCA have played such an impactful part of our child's development. Not only are they experienced experts in their roles, they also share their knowledge and expertise with us (parents) that we very much appreciate! Being able to collaborate and communicate in a timely manner has been so beneficial, especially how they utilize various channels (tadpoles, phone/email, in person, etc) to provide updates. We get to see how much progress our little one is making everyday, which makes us feel like he's in good hands in a safe and secure environment!

Our kid has been working with Natalie Kahn who is so amazing. He loves her classes and has made so much progress in various aspects of gross motor skills. The weekly sessions with Natalie is his favorite time during a week.

I wish I can give CPTWC a million stars. My son has been seeing receiving therapies at this clinic for several years and he’s made leaps of progress. His speech therapist, Heather, is the most incredible ST. She’s patient and incredible at what she does. Ale, my sons behavioral therapist, is equally as incredible. She’s been working with my son and he just adores her. Lauren, our BCBA is the most caring person you could ever meet. She truly cares about each and every child at the clinic. She’s helped me in more ways than I can ever thank her for. The owners Rose and Pat are also the nicest ever!

Natalie Berra is a godsend! My son needed physical therapy from a very early age and we saw Natalie for several months. She was always very professional, welcoming and clearly knows her stuff & takes pride in doing a good job. We are very happy with my son’s progress, and the sessions did not feel like a chore every week because Natalie is so easy to talk to. The whole practice seems well run and it makes such a difference when front desk people are actually pleasant too (Ms Cory was wonderful).

Our daughter loves going to Speech and OT here. Love the staff, specifically Alyse for OT and Sarah for speech therapy. They're so patient with our kiddo all the while keeping her on task and we love the growth we've seen already after just a few months. Veronica also has helped us navigate insurance and has been really helpful.

Our Caleb absolutely loves his time with Anthony. He’s come so far with his speech and language skills. Caleb thanks you and so do we!

Schedule your appointment now! You will not be disappointed. My seven month old had a freak accident which resulted in her needing physical and occupational therapy. I saw this place online and was able to schedule and be seen fairly quickly. Alyse and Natalie are absolutely amazing. They are both so caring, nurturing, informative, and they give us fun homework! 😉 they treat their patients and their families as if they were their own. When my daughter accomplishes something new I don’t know who gets more excited me or them! I love this place and their staff and would highly recommend them!

We had such a wonderful experience with Natalie Berra at Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness center. She saw both of our infant twin sons, and was so amazing with them. She was extremely caring, informative, and patient with the boys and us as we learned the exercises. She always made sure to write out notes and send extremely detailed follow ups, which made it easy for us to continue the exercises at home. The progress our boys made during their time with Natalie was tremendous, and we are so thankful for our experience with her. We could not recommend her more!

I have been bringing our 8 month old to physical therapy, with Natalie, for 5 months. We have learned so much from her. She takes the time to explain what she is working on and how it impacts our child through all stages of development. She listens and shows genuine care for our child and our entire family. She has a passion for her work, and it is evident in then enthusiasm she shows as our child meets goals and milestones. I’m not sure what we would have done without Natalie’s support!

As new parents to a premature baby there are questions or concerns that a pediatrician can’t always answer. The amazing feeding specialists, Christi and Lauren, helped us out tremendously. They were both very knowledgeable and great communicators. Their feedback made us feel comfortable and settled our worries. Highly recommend

I have been bringing my daughter to Chicago Pediatric Therapy for 1 year for speech therapy. Ms Melissa our speech therapist has helped my daughter grow immensely. When we started I could not understand my daughter at 3 years old. Now she is talking in full sentences and telling me about her day! Ms. Melissa goes above and beyond. She collaborated with me and my daughters teacher. I’m grateful for her and my daughter loves her! Highly recommend.

We LOVE Natalie! She has been my daughter’s PT since my daughter was 4 months old and we have seen such amazing progress! Natalie knows exactly what to do to make kids feel comfortable with her and my daughter loves “playing” with Natalie as a result! I can’t recommend Natalie enough! She’s amazingly thorough and always explains everything to me in great detail!

Our son’s therapists Colleen, Kaitlin and Jesse and his BCBA Lauren are great. They come together as a great team to work on his overall growth.
