We have been working with Natalie K. now for about 7 months. She is the absolute best PT I could have asked for!!! I was so worried when my son wasn’t crawling yet at 10 months old and she had him moving in no time! Same thing with his walking. He also absolutely adores her. She is so good with babies and toddlers! I look forward to going to our weekly session because I know how productive it will be every time and I walk out of our sessions in such a good mood. I can’t recommend a center or therapist more!!

Natalie has been seeing my son since he was about 8 months old he is 22 months old and there has been such amazing progress she always is so sweet and gentle with him but pushes him to do his best. Natalie also makes sure I am knowledgeable on everything that is happening and we'll equipped to help him at home I couldn't have asked for a better physical therapist for him.

I saw this place online and was able to schedule and be seen fairly quickly. Alyse and Natalie are absolutely amazing. They are both so caring, nurturing, informative, and they give us fun homework! 😉 they treat their patients and their families as if they were their own. When my daughter accomplishes something new I don’t know who gets more excited me or them! I love this place and their staff and would highly recommend them!

I am so grateful we found CPTWC! We've been working with Alex M to treat our baby's torticollis. Alex is patient, professional and extremely passionate about physical therapy. We felt so supported by Alex and her detailed plans during each session. She helped us confidently practice stretches and exercises at home and continued to celebrate our baby's developmental milestone every week. I cannot recommend Alex and CPTWC enough!

My son has been getting therapy through EI for over a year and the progress he has make with just 4 extra hours at CPTWC a week, for only a few weeks is incredible. I'm so happy they were suggested to us, and look forward to continuing to work with them!

I have been bringing our 8 month old to physical therapy, with Natalie, for 5 months. We have learned so much from her. She takes the time to explain what she is working on and how it impacts our child through all stages of development. She listens and shows genuine care for our child and our entire family. She has a passion for her work, and it is evident in then enthusiasm she shows as our child meets goals and milestones. I’m not sure what we would have done without Natalie’s support!

Our son’s therapists Colleen, Kaitlin and Jesse and his BCBA Lauren are great. They come together as a great team to work on his overall growth.

I wholeheartedly recommend CPTWC. This place is all heart. My families' experience over the last 5 years has been wonderful, and my children have flourished with the support that CPTWC provides. Their therapists and services are excellent, and the inclusive way they approach their work is second to none.

As new parents to a premature baby there are questions or concerns that a pediatrician can’t always answer. The amazing feeding specialists, Christi and Lauren, helped us out tremendously. They were both very knowledgeable and great communicators. Their feedback made us feel comfortable and settled our worries. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful experience with Natalie Berra at Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness center. She saw both of our infant twin sons, and was so amazing with them. She was extremely caring, informative, and patient with the boys and us as we learned the exercises. She always made sure to write out notes and send extremely detailed follow ups, which made it easy for us to continue the exercises at home. The progress our boys made during their time with Natalie was tremendous, and we are so thankful for our experience with her. We could not recommend her more!

Our kid has been working with Natalie Kahn who is so amazing. He loves her classes and has made so much progress in various aspects of gross motor skills. The weekly sessions with Natalie is his favorite time during a week.

Natalie Berra is a godsend! My son needed physical therapy from a very early age and we saw Natalie for several months. She was always very professional, welcoming and clearly knows her stuff & takes pride in doing a good job. We are very happy with my son’s progress, and the sessions did not feel like a chore every week because Natalie is so easy to talk to. The whole practice seems well run and it makes such a difference when front desk people are actually pleasant too (Ms Cory was wonderful).

We had the MOST positive experience here, particularly with Erin for speech therapy and Alex for physical therapy. Our therapists were patient, compassionate, and always willing to share summaries of visits and ways we could practice with our little one between sessions. Can't recommend Erin and Alex any more highly!

My son is seen for physical (Melissa) and occupational (Shannon) therapy and we have seen great progress in both areas. He loves working with Shannon and Melissa! I appreciated how flexible both his therapists were in switching between virtual and in-person during COVID. Veronica in the billing department was so helpful in sorting out issues with our insurance company, thank you! Highly recommend CPTWC!

We are absolutely thankful to Chicago Pediatric for getting our little champion's speech on track. Miss Melissa is amazing, our son loves her! They really know what they are doing and do it in a fun way for the kids. I was worried it would be a struggle to get our son to go but instead he was always so excited and so that was not an issue. We did have to wait a while to get a spot but it was worth the wait!

Son with Fragile X Syndrome attended summer camp at 4 years old a couple years ago. He was very disregulated. He had lots of behaviors. He barely got through Pre-K at a CPS school that school year. Rose and her team of experts worked real hard with our son and by the end of the 6 weeks of camp he had made so much progress we decided to enroll him in their new Therapeutic School. Rose was kind enough to attend our son’s Diagnostic Evaluation for Autism since I couldn’t find someone else to help me watch him while I spoke with the evaluator. Rose guided us through the ABA process. Once ABA took off, during COVID, we saw even more progress both at home and at school!!!!!! The staff at CPTWC is amazing. I especially love how they find the motivating factors and incorporate them into our sons care plan! As a Registered Nurse, working in the ED, I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the efficiency of all the therapists. Since we have started at CPTWC two other of my sons’ cousins also now attend. If you want to see results, look no further. The Behavior therapists at CPTWC work tirelessly to ensure the plans are appropriate and realistic! I couldn’t be more happier that I discovered this hidden gem! Today, our son is almost 7 years old, talking, potty trained and socially engaged! He loves to sing”Days of the Week”, “Months of the Year” among other songs! I also love that in school, they do similar activities that typical schools have such as spirit week and book fairs and my favorite, Art Shows! I love the different art projects the children learn to make and then they showcase their work during the Art Show! As a special needs parent I appreciate those little activities!

Natalie as a PT and Alyse as an OT are phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable yet flexible and always striving to teach my daughter to meet her goals and those coming. They have been available to our family and our daughter's teachers to optimize her care and her life full-circle. They are insightful, kind, and patient beyond compare. My daughter loves them both dearly and looks forward to her time playing with them. She has so much fun with them. She has improved so much in such a short time, and I can't imagine how we could be where we are without them. I couldn't envision a better PT or OT, and I can't believe how lucky we are to have found them. Besides this, the center seems full of this caliber of therapists and people. They aim to be flexible and during times of rare covering/substitutions, they have not missed a beat, and my daughter has continued to gain from their expertise. Truly wonderful, talented people and a cohesive team.

Our Caleb absolutely loves his time with Anthony. He’s come so far with his speech and language skills. Caleb thanks you and so do we!

Rose and Patrick’s clinic has changed our twins lives. They entered the program 1 year ago and both were not communicating and one was recently diagnosed with autism. The positive changes they have made since being enrolled are truly phenomenal. They have taught our child autism how to communicate non-verbally so that she is less frustrated and she is making eye contact regularly now and showing us her gifts in ways we never imagined. They helped our other child develop her verbal skills and now she is communicating above and beyond her milestones. They run to the door to go into school. They are so happy afterwards and tell us about the things they are learning. This program changed their lives and continues to change our lives too. The staff is so talented and takes every chance they get to push the girls forward. I would recommend this program to any parent with children that are behind in any milestone. They even take time weekly to help us grow as parents. I would give 10 stars to this school! Thank you so much for supporting us over the last year and into the next year of the program!

We started here back in the spring with Ms. Danya. As a health care professional, I was nervous about the process but Danya was just amazing (probably an understatement 😉) Quickly it became evident he needed casting for his diagnosis and Ms. Rose was informative, empathetic and accommodating throughout this process. We also had the pleasure of seeing OT, Ms. Kirsten who helped our son leaps and bounds with sensory, managing emotions and fine motor skills. Lately, we have been able to see Ms. Natalie for PT who seamlessly stepped in when Danya had to leave for a bit! Through the logistics of this process, of course we have had questions and concerns; and ANY time I have had questions - whether it be billing or the goals/purpose of exercises or even the amount of time for each session - the therapist made me feel comfortable about asking and finding a solution. We travel 25-35 minutes to go to THIS therapy center and couldn't be happier about our decision to make this commitment. It truly is a team approach which is a must when it comes to our child!

The facility is very nice, and Rose is even nicer! She is a family friend of ours who has provided excellent physical therapy for my 1 year old son Austin who was in the hospital for 6 months waiting for his heart transplant. She is very knowledgeable on what kids go through when they have long hospital stays, and encouraged us to understand that his progress is great and that we are doing a great job with him! She has a way with him and he is truly excelling with her as a great guide and teacher. There is lots of great equipment available at the facility. Rose brought out a really neat flat tire swing type thing that helped Austin balance with sitting and strengthening his core. I would definitely recommend this place. It is very professional and Rose is a wonderful physical therapist.

All of the therapists at CPTWC and CTCA have played such an impactful part of our child's development. Not only are they experienced experts in their roles, they also share their knowledge and expertise with us (parents) that we very much appreciate! Being able to collaborate and communicate in a timely manner has been so beneficial, especially how they utilize various channels (tadpoles, phone/email, in person, etc) to provide updates. We get to see how much progress our little one is making everyday, which makes us feel like he's in good hands in a safe and secure environment!

This place is truly a gem. Fantastic, clean and beautiful environment. I walked in with a 2 year old and was confused, nervous and even a bit scared and walked out confident, informed and prepared. The therapists here are BEYOND knowledgeable. They were ready for anything and everything my little one and our family had been struggling with and then taught him/us to engage and enjoy without the stress. I adore his therapists who became a family to him/us and still care so deeply for his well-being and progress even now almost 3 years later. If your child needs assistance this is the place. Read below if you would like to know more about specific therapists. To name some of our favorites at CPTW here goes; Jessica our BCBA with the PLANs blew my mind she set goals for our son but also for the family and taught us how to own our behaviors and have a different type of communication, which has brought us true peace and happiness. Yaeji is a sweet, yet fierce and artistic therapist who worked tirelessly to assist and exceed goals. Cristian was not only the greatest buddy but the most knowledgeable and caring ABA he set realistic boundaries that had our little one learning how to keep calm and minimized episodes. Lauren our ST worked magic and our little one speaks with beautiful fluidity and clarity that gets him through the day where he never could. Alyse our OT utilized every skill possible to get him ready to tackle school/life like a champ moving and strengthening his body, learning to hold and use utensils, writing and sitting with strength. My gratitude for CPTW and their tireless efforts is enormous. Our family recommends this business with full confidence knowing you will be in good hands.

Our daughter loves going to Speech and OT here. Love the staff, specifically Alyse for OT and Sarah for speech therapy. They're so patient with our kiddo all the while keeping her on task and we love the growth we've seen already after just a few months. Veronica also has helped us navigate insurance and has been really helpful.

We are blessed we found this center for our son to recieve ABA,speech and ocupational therapy. There are many places that gives ABA for kids under the Autism spectrum, but not all are professional ,unfortunately. This is a place were they truly care. Starting from the owner, the front desk, all staff showing so much care about our family. The therapist are amazing! The BCBA is so professional and she is really on top of everything to help our son and overall our family in all aspects, school, home, etc. We have parenting training and we are always informed about programs and everything that is regarding methods and follow ups. My son has been around 7 months and he has progress in many areas. Plus they have a really nice clinic with social group that has helped a lot to my son. The gym is so nice and my son loves it. I can't say enough GREAT things about this center. UPDATE: Still being AWESOME in everything, thanks for keep caring of all kids .

Our baby goes to Rose 2x per week and she has been the most caring, proactive, compassionate and knowledgeable PT we could have asked for. Our little guy was born almost 10 weeks premature and she has done wonders for him. She always goes above and beyond for not only our baby, but for our family. She’s incredible with kids and she has given us so many tools to help bridge the gap between his adjusted/actual age. We feel so fortunate to work with Rose and would highly recommend her and her team.

We have been going here for the past year for our daughter! I can’t rave enough!!!!! Amazing therapist, receptionist staff is always helpful and the finance team is on it! Our therapist Natalie has been a very important and intricate part of our child’s mobility. Her expertise, passion, dedication to our family and all the children of the practice is commendable!
