If you are interested in your child getting therapy at Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center, please contact us so we can start the verification process. We are in network with many major insurance providers. We will review the coverage benefit levels quoted by your insurance plan, along with other aspects of your plan, including:
- In-network and out-of-network benefits
- Any deductible for which you may be responsible
- Percentage of the coverage the plan pays after the deductible has been met
- Any co-pay amount for which you may be responsible
We are also Early Intervention evaluators and providers through the state of Illinois. Please call for further information on how to register for this program for your 0-3 year old. Lastly, we also have options for families that are interested in the cash pay process.
